HARRIS COUNTY, TX- Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office are on scene on the eastbound main lanes of Beltway 8 after a driver crashed into a Pct. 4 Constable patrol vehicle that was parked on the shoulder monitoring traffic.
The deputy inside sustained minor injuries and is currently being evaluated.
Please avoid the area, expect delays, and as always — SLOW DOWN and MOVE OVER when you see emergency personnel on the roadway. Beltway 8 eastbound is expected to remain closed at the crash site for the next couple of hours.
