4:35PM-The male has now been transported into the hospital.
4:30 pm- Woodlands Fire now has the male who appears stable except for a possible broken hip. in a stokes basket rigged to the ladder truck and are lowering him to the ground.
4:20 p.m.
Correction – medics have reached the fall victim, but are still trying to safely remove the injured man from the roof where he landed. The male fell approximately 40 feet to the roof of the Hermann Hospital Pavillion.
3:50 p.m.
Around 3:30 p.m., Fire and EMS responded to a rescue call on Pinecroft in South Montgomery County for a “high angle rescue”. Medics arrived on-scene and are now providing emergency care to a man in his mid-thirties, believed to have fallen an estimated 40 feet to the hospital pavilion roof. He survived the fall but is critically injured.
