Conroe Police are investigating an attempted kidnapping in Conroe near Houston and Everett Streets. A Hispanic male wearing a blue long sleeve work shirt driving a red or maroon Hyundai attempted to lure a young child into his vehicle. Units are just arriving details as available.

The girl that was the attempt was made on was approximately 15-years-old. Others in the area say this is not a first time , this male has also been seen in the past in a maroon Dodge pickup and a crème colored Dodge pickup. It is still not clear about the large “H” on the back glass.
The location of this is only two blocks away from Children’s Safe Harbor.
