David Brown, 22 of Conroe is accused of the murder of Marc Pourner last Thursday. Pourners body was found close to his burned out Chevrolet Sonoma pickup along Caney Creek just off FM 1485 and Firetower Road. Montgomery County Detectives are currently in Lafayette, Indiana. Brown was arrested last night and is being held in the Tiicanoe Indiana County Jail on No Bond.

A Candlelight Vigil is planned for tonight at 8pm on FM 1485 near the Firetower Road.
Parking will be at the church just down from the intersection and the Vigil will be at the site where the new New Caney Fire Station is being built.
A candlelight vigil in memory of Marc Pourner is scheduled for Wednesday evening, November 18. The event will take place at 8 p.m., near where his body was found, at FM 1485 and Firetower Road in east Montgomery County between US 59 and SH 242.
