Effective immediately Sam’s Club has closed close to 100 stores across the US in the past few hours. This includes the New Caney Store. Also in the Houston area are 1615 S. Loop and 13331 Westheimer. According to Walmart, the employees will be paid for the next 60-days and eligible to apply for transfers to other Sam’s Clubs or Walmart.
