MCSO arrested a man moments ago after a lengthy pursuit that began in Montgomery County and ended in the Galleria area of southwest Houston.
The pursuit began on Hwy 242 when the Hispanic male driver of a white sedan allegedly refused to stop for a patrol unit with emergency lights activated. The chase led to I-45 and went southbound into Harris County, staying on I-45 until exiting to Loop 610 and then heading to the Galleria area before finally being stopped and arrested on S. Post Oak.
Houston Police assisted MCSO with air support.
