HARRIS COUNTY, TX- Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office has confirmed a 3-year-old drowned at a residence in the 6900 block of Apple Valley Lane, off of FM 1960 W. in North Harris County. The child was found unresponsive in a swimming pool this afternoon and was rushed to an area hospital. Tragically, the child was beyond help and pronounced dead at the hospital.
No additional information is available at this time so that family members can be notified. More information will be posted when it’s appropriate.
