Thankfully, the child has been FOUND! He was placed on the wrong bus, according to law enforcement. The child attends WISD’s Mel Parmley Elementary School on N. Campbell Street.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- MCPR has information that Willis ISD is stopping all school buses searching for a 5-year-old boy who failed to get off the bus he was supposed to ride home today and the school district has no idea where the boy is, as of this posting.
Law enforcement is with family members as they try to sort it out, hoping and praying the boy was simply placed on the wrong bus and didn’t know it because he was too young and not used to his driver or the other riders yet, in order to realize he was in the wrong place.
This is a developing story and we’ll update as information becomes available.
Remember when the bus driver just found a way to get the kids home and didn’t make a big deal out of a kid on the wrong bus.
