BURGLAR CAPTURED

On August 17, 2017 at 12:25 PM, two white males occupying the blue / tan GMC Suburban , broke into a residence in the 24400 block of Weeren Road. One of the suspects was wearing a black baseball hat, black shirt with superman logo and blue jean and had multiple tattoos on both arms as well as a goatee. It is unknown what the other suspect is wearing.
After kicking in the door of the residence the suspect fled carrying a bag with miscellaneous items he had stolen from the residence.The suspect vehicle is an older model GMC Suburban, blue with tan or gray on bottom trim and paint peeling on the center of the hood. An attempt to locate was issued for West Montgomery County. Around 5 p.m. as Magnolia units were staging in the area. That is when the vehicle pulled into M-N-M Grocery/Chevron on FM 1486. Magnolia PD, Montgomery County Sheriff and Precinct 5 Constables converged on the vehicle and took Michael Dennis Roussel, 41, of 24747 Country Oaks into custody. A female passenger was also briefly detained. Roussel is currently in the Montgomery County Jail on charges of burglary of a habitation, failure to appear, and a Texas Pardon’s and Parole Blue Warrant. The stolen property was recovered from the back seat.
