HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Tuesday a Deputy with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office was patrolling the 20700 block of Fox Hound Lane when he saw two men burglarizing a lawn equipment vehicle. The Deputy attempted to make contact, but the suspects attempted to flee in a vehicle.
A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was apprehended and identified as Davion Smith. The passenger ran away, and a police perimeter was set, but he was not found. The stolen lawn equipment was recovered from the suspect vehicle.
“Davion Smith was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. His bond was set at $100 out of County Court 12. Further investigation continues to identify the second suspect,” Constable Mark Herman said.
