Burglary of Habitation with Intent to Commit Assault

HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Monday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a disturbance in the 22000 block of Croy Creek Ct., where they detained suspect, 30-year-old Kathryn Amstutz.

Further investigation revealed she arrived at the location and caused a disturbance. One of the homeowners went outside to calm her down and she allegedly assaulted him before forcing her way into the home and assaulting another person.

“Kathryn Amstutz was arrested and booked into the Harris County jail, charged with Burglary of Habitation with Intent to Commit Assault. Her bond was set at $5,000 out of the 208th District court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
