On February 8, 2023, at 8:00 AM, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the 13200 block of Miller Road in the Lake Conroe Hills Subdivision, in reference to a burglary of motor vehicle call. During the investigation, it was learned that the suspect pictured below was seen taking construction tools, valued at over $4,000, out of the victim’s vehicle between the hours of 3:00 to 3:20 AM. The suspect was seen loading the tools into a light-colored, possibly silver or gray, sedan.
