HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On New Year’s Eve, deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a reported theft at the H-E-B Grocery Store located at 2121 FM 2920 Road.
Upon arrival, deputies determined that the suspect, Alexys Herrin, had allegedly stolen approximately $222 worth of crab legs and exited the store after passing all points of sale.
Alexys Herrin was arrested and transported to the Harris County Jail, where she was booked on a charge of Theft. Her bond was set at $100 out of County Court at Law No. 8,” Constable Mark Herman said.
