HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Thursday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a bank in the 25300 block of Kuykendahl Road, in reference to a suspect using a fake driver’s license to withdraw money.
Deputies detained the suspect, Scott Witt, who is a convicted felon. The investigation revealed Witt was allegedly attempting to withdraw cash from someone else’s bank account using a fictitious Arkansas Driver’s License.
“Scott Witt was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Fraudulent Use of Identifying Information and Tampering with Government Record. His total bond was set at $25,000 out of the 248th District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
