BUSTED BY HAYDENS MEN IN BLACK

Deputies with the Montgomery County Constable Precinct 4 Office apprehended Brian Hawk and Kenneth Burns in connection with the theft of a spool of copper wire from the Kingwood area. After the theft, the suspects fled toward Porter. Deputies located the area where the stolen copper wire had been dumped and conducted surveillance. When the suspects returned to retrieve the wire, deputies detained both individuals and began interviewing them.

During the investigation, both suspects confessed to the theft. Deputies also discovered narcotics in their possession, resulting in additional charges. This case highlights the proactive efforts of our deputies to combat metal theft and drug-related crimes in our community.
