HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On January 13, 2026, a deputy with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 20100 block of Holzwarth Road in reference to a warrant service.
During the investigation, deputies determined that the suspect, 20-year-old Christopher Gonzales, had two outstanding felony warrants out of Harris County for Deadly Conduct and Criminal Mischief. The charges stem from a New Year’s Eve incident in which Gonzales allegedly recklessly discharged a firearm, striking a neighboring residence multiple times. The incident placed the homeowners in danger and caused damage to the residence.
“Christopher Gonzales was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the outstanding felony warrants. His total bond was set at $30,000 out of the 180th District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
