On April 28, 2018 a deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office observed two vehicle stopped at a red light, reeving their engines in the 13700 block of T C Jester. When the light turned green, both vehicles sped off at a high rate of speed, racing each other.
The Constable Deputy clocked the vehicles on his police radar traveling 90mph in a posted 35 mph speed limit zone. The deputy was able to stop one of the vehicles and identified the driver as Johnathon Warford.
“Johnathon Warford was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with racing on a Highway. His bond was set at $500.00 out of County Court 13.” – Constable Mark Herman
