HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Sunday, a Deputy with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 21600 block of Mossey Pines Court in reference to a disturbance. The complainant said her tenant was sending inappropriate text messages to her. The texts were provided to Deputies.
The suspect was detained and identified as 38-year-old Thomas Brown.
“Thomas Brown was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Harassing Communication. His bond was set at $100 out of County Court 12,” Constable Mark Herman said.
