HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On April 24, Deputies with Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a reported shoplifting incident at the Target store located in the 19500 block of I-45.

Upon arrival, Deputies were told by loss prevention personnel that a man had concealed merchandise valued at over $500 and attempted to leave the store without paying.

Deputies quickly located the suspect, 33-year-old Lierlis Rodriguez-Diaz. The stolen merchandise was recovered and returned to the business.

“Lierlis Rodriguez-Diaz was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Theft. His bond was set at $100 out of County Court 9,” Constable Mark Herman said.

Rodriguez-Diaz remains in custody pending further court proceedings.
