On Friday night, Precinct 4 Deputies got word that a Danny Kirsch, wanted out of Virginia for Child Endangerment and still owes over $150,000 in child support was hiding out at Emerald Lake Resort on Loop 494 in Porter. Precinct 4 Deputies made entry into a clubhouse where the male suspect was hiding behind several locked doors inside a bathroom that was not in service. The suspect was covered with a large bag of pillows inside a shower stall. The male was taken into custody and four loaded weapons were also recovered from his vehicle. Besides the Child Endangerment Warrant, he was also charged with interfering with public duty.
