CAN’T SPEAK ENGLISH BUT CAN READ ENGLISH NEWSPAPER UPSIDE DOWN

Just before midnight Deputy Josh Bergland was patrolling the Emmerson Estates area when he witnessed a BMW run the stop sign. He stopped the vehicle and attempted to identify the three hispanic males inside.

The driver Efrain Deantes was identified and cited for running the stop sign. Since he did not have a drivers licence or insurance his vehicle was also towed. His passenger was identified as Zamorano Hugo, age 25. He had outstanding Precinct 4 warrants.

The other passenger said he did not speak english but the entire time of the stop seemed to be reading and American newspaper upside down. After giving some false information he was finally identified as Rafael Diaz, age 36 who had open Montgomery County warrants for Burglary of a Habitation.
