CONROE – The MCSO has charged Noah Herrera with Capital Murder in the death of 3-year-old David Lee Tijerina. Noah Herrera remains held without bond in the Montgomery County Jail.
Detectives continued the investigation all week and 30-year-old Noah Herrera has now been charged with Capital Murder.
The dead boy’s grandmother, Cristina Tijerina, 46, has also been arrested and charged with injury to a child. Her bond is set at $250,000.
Additional charges are not expected.
The other children removed from the home remain in Child Protective Services custody.
