CAR BURGLARY SUSPECTS HAVE NEW HOME BEHIND BARS

In the early morning hours of November 5, 2010, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office received reports of multiple vehicles that had been burglarized in various areas in South Montgomery County.

At approximately 4:30 AM Sergeant Kenton Ford after hearing a description from radio communications about a possible suspect vehicle saw a vehicle matching the description traveling east on Sawdust Road.

Stopping the vehicle deputies found the vehicle was occupied by several people. Stolen property from multiple vehicle burglaries was found in the car.

Most of the stolen property was returned to owners. The occupants were arrested and charged with burglary of a motor vehicle and felony theft.

Arrested: Mojica, Matthew ,age 19, of Bentpath in Houston

Valle, Salvadore, age 18

Marban, Omar who is18 years of age who resides on Beasley Road in Conroe

Martinez, Roxana, who is 17-years of age and resides on Grace in Conroe

One juvenile was taken into custody.
