Charged with Breaking, Entering, making himself at home…

On February 10, Deputy Booher, with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, was dispatched to the 14000 block of African Hill Road, in reference to a trespasser. Upon meeting with the owner and the male suspect, 21-year-old Vincent Jordan Gonzalez. It was found that Gonzalez had entered the home through a broken window and had used the owner’s cell phone to make a phone call. Gonzalez was arrested for criminal trespass, burglary of habitation and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

DUNCAN
Duncan

Deputy Davidson responded to an assault in progress call on February 11 in the 15000 block of Ridgepoint Circle, Willis. Upon investigation, it was determined that 17-year-old Kaitlynn Colleen Duncan was yelling at her mother and had assaulted her step-father when the mother requested his assistance. Duncan was taken into custody for assault and transported to the Montgomery County Jail

 

Elsewhere in District 1 – Lt. Kevin Ray (North County)

On 2/8/2016, Deputy Campos was on routine patrol in the Highway 105 east area when he observed a vehicle with a broken taillight. Deputy Campos initiated a traffic stop when the male driver pulled the vehicle over and jumped out with the vehicle still on and in gear. As the male was running, he was attempting to remove a camouflage jacket he was wearing. Once the male was place in custody, crystal methamphetamine was located in the jacket. Additionally, the vehicle he was driving had been reported stolen. The male was arrested for theft, possession of controlled substance and evading arrest.

On 2/8/2016, Deputy Taylor was on routine patrol in the area of the 15000 block of FM 3083 when he observed a vehicle fitting the description of a vehicle a wanted person was driving. Deputy Taylor entered the business and identified the wanted male. The warrants were confirmed, the male was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 2/11/2016, Deputy Davidson was dispatched to the 16000 block of Plaster Circle, in reference to a welfare check. Upon making contact with the female, it was found that she had active warrants. The warrants were confirmed and female was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On 2/11/2016, Deputy Porter observed a vehicle in the 13000 block of Snow Lane with a defective tail light. While speaking with the female driver, Deputy Porter could smell a strong distinct odor of marijuana. Upon search of the vehicle, two hydrocodone pills were located. The driver was placed into custody and was discovered to have marijuana in her possession. The female was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of controlled substance and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 02/12/16, Deputy Lamphier was dispatched to the 13000 block of Bert Brown, in reference to the location of a wanted person. On his arrival, Deputy Lamphier located the wanted male and detained him. The warrant was confirmed and the wanted subject was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 02/14/16, Deputy Wroski and Deputy Savage conducted a traffic stop in the 3900 block of Interstate 45 north bound. During the traffic stop, marijuana was located and a 34 year old male was arrested. He was taken to the Montgomery County jail without incident.
