Charged with Aggravated Assault on a Peace Officer

HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On January 19, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 23100 block of Birnam Wood Boulevard to investigate a road rage incident. Upon Deputies’ arrival, suspect Donald Deckman allegedly pointed two firearms at Deputies. They gave him verbal commands and managed to safely detain him.

“Donald Dieckmann was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Aggravated Assault on a Peace Officer. His bond was set at $10,000 out of the 174th District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
