Harris County, TX- On Tuesday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a call regarding an assault by an armed suspect the 2600 block of lndigo Ridge Court. Deputies quickly detained the suspect, 33-year-old Forest Counts.
Further investigation revealed Counts allegedly assaulted two victims and made serious threats to EMS personnel on scene.
“Forest Counts was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Aggravated Assault and Terroristic Threat against a Public Servant. His bond and court information have not been set at this time,” Constable Mark Herman said.
