HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Tuesday, a Deputy with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office observed an individual soliciting from a roadway at the 10100 block of Huffmeister Road. The man was told to leave the area, but he refused and became argumentative.
The man was detained and identified as Oscar Hernandez. He had an open felony warrant out of Harris County for Assault on a Peace Officer.
“Oscar Hernandez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the active felony warrant. His bond has not been set at this time,” Constable Mark Herman said.
