HARRIS COUNTY, TX– On Monday, deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 16600 block of Mist Drive in reference to a burglary in progress. Upon deputies arriving, the victim said an unknown man broke into her residence before fleeing the scene on foot.
Deputies found the male suspect nearby and he was identified as Lamont Simpson.
“Lamont Simpson was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Burglary of Habitation. His bond was set at $30,000 out of the 180th District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
