Deputies say she was over double the legal limit
HARRIS COUNTY, TX– On May 21, deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 24700 block of the Hardy Toll Road in reference to a single motor vehicle crash, where a vehicle struck a tree. The driver was identified as Jessica Adams, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication.
A series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered, and it was determined that she was intoxicated. Further investigation revealed that her alcohol content was 0.185, over twice the legal limit.
“Jessica Adams was arrested and booked into Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Her bond was set at $100 out of County Court 11,” Constable Mark Herman said.
