HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On October 13, a Lieutenant with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 15100 block of Preston Bloom Cir., off of Louetta Road.
Upon making contact with the driver, he was identified as 40-year-old Nolan Smith, who allegedly displayed several signs of intoxication and admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages.
After conducting a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, it was determined that Smith was intoxicated. Deputies obtained a search warrant for a blood draw, which was completed at the Harris County Jail.
Nolan Smith was arrested and transported to the Harris County Jail, where he was booked and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $100 out of County Court 16.
