HARRIS COUNTY, TX- Deputies with Pct.4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office arrested a man for driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop in northwest Harris County on May 19.
Deputies pulled over a vehicle in the 19100 block of Crescent Path Drive and identified the driver as Fabian Guerrero-Nieto. During the stop, deputies observed several signs of intoxication.
They administered a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and determined that Guerrero-Nieto was impaired. A breath sample later confirmed a blood alcohol concentration of 0.123, well above the legal limit of .08
Deputies arrested Guerrero-Nieto and booked him into the Harris County Jail. He faces a charge of Driving While Intoxicated. County Court 1 set his bond at $100, according to Constable Mark Herman.
