HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On October 28, deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the 24000 block of Tomball Parkway. The driver, 23-year-old Christian Holliday, displayed multiple signs of intoxication.

Deputies administered a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and determined that Holliday was intoxicated.

“Christian Holliday was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $100 out of County Court 10,” said Constable Mark Herman.

Scott provided video, and as the blog grew in popularity, businesses began to inquire about advertising. The blog soon transitioned to a news website, and then to a print newspaper, which was sold in over 100 stores, and through subscription for several years.

Scott Engle and Jamie Nash are Montgomery County residents and veteran law enforcement / breaking news reporters, who met covering a law enforcement story and have covered multiple counties, with Scott as a television videographer for multiple local stations and national networks, and Jamie as newspaper / magazine / online reporter.
