HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Monday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 6700 block of Creekside Forest Dr. The driver refused to stop, leading deputies on a brief pursuit.
Constable Deputies were eventually able to stop the vehicle and the driver was apprehended and identified as Paul Borchers.
“Paul Borchers was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Evading Arrest in a Motor Vehicle. His was set at 1,000 out of the 263rd District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
