On March 18, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 10000 block of Appleridge Drive in reference to a disturbance. The suspect involved was identified as Diane Sherman.

Further investigation revealed she had two active warrants for Evading Arrest and Detention and Terroristic Threat of a Police Officer.

“Diane Sherman was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the warrants. Her bond was set at $1,000 for the Evading and she is awaiting bond out of the 174th District Court for the Terroristic Threat charge,” Constable Mark Herman said.
