HARRIS COUNTY, TX– On Saturday, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 14500 block of Philippine Street in reference to an auto pedestrian crash. Upon deputies arriving, two victims were transported to the hospital for medical treatment.
Further investigation revealed that that the at fault driver failed to render aid and fled the scene of the crash. After a thorough investigation, deputies were able to locate the driver at her residence and she was identified as Patricia Gonzalez.
“Patricia Gonzalez was arrested and booked her into the Harris County Jail, charged with Failure to stop and Render Aid. Her bond and court information have not been set at this time,” Constable Mark Herman said.
