HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On June 7, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s responded to a disturbance in the 17800 block of Shadow Valley Drive in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, Deputies detained the suspect, 50-year-old Matthew Tonkin, who allegedly physically assaulted a 14-year-old at that location.
“Matthew Tonkin was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Injury to a Child. His bond was set at $7,500 out of the 208th District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
