HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On December 12, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 16200 block of Charter Rock Drive in reference to a terroristic threat. The suspect was identified as Melvin Ware, who had an open warrant for Felony Assault Impeding Breath. Further investigation revealed he threatened to kill the complainant.
“Melvin Ware was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the Felony Warrant and charged with Terroristic Threat. is total bond was set at $25,000 out of the 228th District Court and County Court 10,” Constable Mark Herman said.
