Early Tuesday morning an Attempt to Locate was transferred from HPD to Montgomery County. A caller stated a vehicle was unable to maintain its lane and was driving in two lanes and swerving. Pct. 4 Deputies were able to intercept the vehicle just past the construction area on US HWY 59 feeder and Eagle Dr. The Deputy smelled a strong odor of alcoholic beverage and marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. A DWI investigation was conducted, and a search of the vehicle. The driver was placed in custody for DWI and Man/Del of a controlled substance (THC Oil). Arrested was Charles Rodriguez. He is charged with DWI, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.
