CLEVELAND COUPLE BUSTED WITH OVER 100 GRAMS COCAINE

Thursday night a Precinct 4 Deputy was working traffic on I-69 when he spotted to be what he thought to be a fake license plate. He stopped the vehicle and confirmed it was fake. On further investigation, he discovered the couple identified as Leonard Yves Lille, 50, of 1613 Lilley in Cleveland and Tiwanna Rochelle Daniel,29, of the same address were both in possession of cookies of cocaine. When crack cocaine is cooked up, it is initially formed into the shape of a large cookie. From there, it is then broken down into individual pieces, or “crack rocks”, to be sold to crack users. It has nothing to do with actual cookies.”Cookie” is only in reference to its shape and appearance. It was determined that the total weight was 103 grams. Lille was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on a $25,000 bond. Daniel was booked on a $5000 bond. Both are charged with manufacture and delivery of 4 to 200 grams, a first-degree felony.
