LIBERTY COUNTY, TX- The City of Cleveland Police Department, under Police Chief Darrel Broussard, arrested the following suspects in late April, 2024:
Lacy Jo Whatley, 36, of Shepherd- On April 25, Whatley was arrested for class B misdemeanor Theft of Property, more than $100 but less than $750 class (B).
Zarai Janessa Almonte- Rodriguez, 17, of Cleveland- On April 26, Almonte-Rodriguez was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Robbery, from Montgomery County 359th District Court Judge Hamilton. Bond was set at $40,000.
Herman Lee Lewis, 54, of Cleveland- On April 25 was arrested on an active Blue Warrant (for alleged parole violations) issued by the State Board of Pardons and Parole.
Marlon Eugene Davis, 54, of Cleveland – On April 27, Davis was arrested on a warrant for Theft, more than $50, but less than $2,500 issued by Cleveland Municipal Court Judge Fuller, Tx. Davis’s bond was set at $5,000.
Gary Lee Ferrell Jr., 22, of Cleveland- On April 28, Ferrell was arrested for Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon – a Protective Order Violation.
Jeff Edwards Rollins, 46, of Dayton – On April 29, Rollins was arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance. Penalty Group 1 / 1-B less than 1 gram. Rollins’ bond was set at $5,000 by Judge Ralph Fuller.
Krystian Matthew Odom, 25, of Grangerland- On April 29, 20224, Odom was arrested for class A misdemeanor Evading Arrest /Detention, and class A misdemeanor Resisting Arrest Search or Transport. Judge Ralph Fuller set his bond at $5,000.
Tracey Ann McCann, 61, of Coldspring- On April 30, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 1. His bond was set at $20,000 by Judge Ralph Fuller.
