COMPUTER OUTAGE CONTINUES AS COMPANIES SLOWLY COME BACK ONLINE

CrowdStrike has 29,000 worldwide customers on Windows-based machines. According to the company the problem was caused by “the Falcon Sensor” , one of it’s products to block online attacks.

Due to a third-party, global, industry-wide issue, certain online functionality may be intermittently slow or unavailable. Weโ€™re actively monitoring the issue.

 

KLM and other airlines and airports have been affected by a global computer outage, making flight handling impossible. We realize that this is very inconvenient for our customers and staff, particularly in the midst of the summer holiday season. Weโ€™re working hard to resolve the problem. Until then, we will have to largely suspend operations.
