Just before 6am a concrete truck which was northbound on Waukegan Road came around a curve. The driver slipped off the side of the road where there is no shoulder and rolled over North Montgomery County Fire crews worked close to 45 minutes to cut the driver out of the truck. He was transported in critical condition to Conroe Regional Hospital. Waukegan Road will be closed at least 5 hours as crews begin the cleanup of the fuel spill and the truck is righted. Waukegan is a heavily traveled road mostly with truck traffic. At this time many 18 wheelers are unable to turn around and stuck in the traffic
