Today, Harris County Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman promoted Roger Wolsey to the rank of Lieutenant! Constable Herman said Lt. Wolsey was chosen for promotion “based on a review of his dedicated work performance in combination with a proven desire to be a leader.”
Many years ago, when things looked very different, Lt. Wolsey worked for another law enforcement agency and put a great deal of successful effort into cleaning up Highway 59 in East Montgomery County. Communities throughout southeast Texas have benefited from Wolsey’s dedicated service and excellent performance.
