In this spirit, to help our customers who were impacted by Hurricane Harvey who reside in FEMA-designated disaster areas, Conn’s HomePlus will:Offer a one-month payment extension or other payment relief programs for affected customers who call us to seek relief.
Waive late fees for affected customers who call us to seek relief.
Provide a 90 day grace period on negative credit reporting for customers who are or who become delinquent on their Conn’s YES MONEY Account

Conn’s HomePlus is committed to helping our communities and our customers in this time of crisis. To help in the recovery, Conn’s is matching donations up to $200,000 for relief efforts and is organizing a children’s book and toy drive in our stores across the country. We’re in this together.
