Friday morning at approximately 3:45 a.m., two white males wearing masks robbed the new Corner Store at FM 1314 and Loop 336. The suspects were dressed in dark plaid, flannel shirts and fled into the woods after leaving the store with Newport cigarettes and a small amount of cash. Conroe Police are reviewing surveillance video in an attempt to identify the robbers.

Scott Engle and Jamie Nash are Montgomery County residents and veteran law enforcement / breaking news reporters, who met covering a law enforcement story and have covered multiple counties, with Scott as a television videographer for multiple local stations and national networks, and Jamie as newspaper / magazine / online reporter.
