MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- Just before 3 a.m. North Montgomery County Fire Department responded to a major accident call on FM 1484 at Cedar Lane. The first unit arrived on the scene to find an Infiniti G35 rolled over in the ditch, and a 17-year-old girl and a 22-year-old male, on the ground. First Responders started CPR on the girl, but after MCHD Medics arrived she was pronounced deceased. The male was transported to the hospital in stable condition.

The eastbound vehicle left the roadway in a curve, just before Cedar Lane, flattening two reflective curve signs before flipping the vehicle, according to the DPS on-scene investigation.
FM 1484 was closed until 9 a.m. The young man identified as Rey Osvaldo, 22, of Conroe was transported to the hospital and has since been released. The victim, who has not yet been identified, was transported to the Montgomery County Forensic Center for autopsy by Eickenhorst Funeral Directors.
