Harold Gregory Goodrum, 36, of Spring, has been arrested and charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and improper relationship between an educator and student. He is a sixth-grade language arts and social studies teacher in the Conroe Independent School District.
According to the district these charges stem back to three years ago and do not involve the district. The child was not and a student at CISD then, and is not enrolled in a CISD school now. The district did not state whether the child had ever attended a CISD school.
Goodrum has been employed by CISD since 2008 and teaches at the Cox Intermediate campus.
Goodrum remains in the Montgomery County Jail on $100,000 in total bonds.

In order for morality to be upheld, standards must exist as points of moral reference. Those standards broke down in the family upbringing a LONG time ago sadly.
