A Fort Worth man can’t seem to stay out of trouble in Montgomery County. For the past several months, hundreds of messages suggesting he needs to be on an inmate calendar have circulated. It all started on August 11, 2025, when Nicholas Jones Crowder was arrested for stealing a case of chilled beverages, hiking tools, a drink mixer, and a tool set from Walmart. He was sentenced to 60 days in the Montgomery County Jail on September 2, 2025, after the State Jail Felony was dropped to a Class A misdemeanor. Then, on October 9, 2025, he was again arrested at Walmart for stealing 94 various household items. Then, on November 4, 2025, he was again sentenced to 75 days in the Montgomery County Jail after the State Jail felony was dropped again to a Class A Misdemeanor.  But, just 4 days later, on November 8, 2025, he was arrested by Conroe Police on I-45 for public intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Now this morning, November 18, 2025, just after midnight, Conroe Police again arrested Nicholas Crowder, age 34, on South Frazier and Gladstell for possession of a controlled substance. He was again transported to the Montgomery Coutny Jail.
