ZAMORA,ALBERTJAMESA Conroe police officer who was on his way to work this morning had a strange encounter.

As he was southbound on Interstate 45 a Harris County Precinct 6 Reserve Deputy Constable in full uniform, riding his motorcycle equipped with emergency lights attempted to stop him. The deputy got next to the officers vehicle hitting it with his hand putting a small dent in it.

The deputy then pulled behind the officer and activating his emergency lights for a short period of time.

The alert Conroe officer thinking back on the many reports over the past several months of an out of county officer attempting traffic stops, radioed the Conroe dispatcher. The officer requested additional units who then stopped the deputy. Police say he was quite belligerent and non cooperative. He refused to produce his drivers license.

It was at that point that Albert James Zamora, 51, of 9049 s. Comanche Circle in Willis was arrested.
