Conroe Police late last night arrested Tristan Woodard, 19 and a 16-year-old juvenile for the August 16, 2011 robbery of Zone d Erotica on Interstate 45 in Conroe. This less than 24 hours after another robbery took place in which Conroe Police shot one of the two suspects as they were leaving the store. Hoke Eberhardt of Conroe, one of the robbers who was shot was taken to Ben Taub Hospital with bullet wounds. The other suspect David Ray Wilkins Sr.25, of 13806 Lilja fled the scene. Wilkins was taken into custody last night by the US Marshals at his parents home on Lilja. He is now in the Montgomery County Jail on a $500,000 bond for Criminal Attempted Capital Murder.
